In this shortened introductory course you will learn some fundamental tools to gently enquire/explore, maybe re-ignite or replenish your understanding of this wonderful mental fitness training.

Mindfulness is a process of settling our busy mind, easing our response to stress and making changes to our unhelpful habits, awakening parts of us that have often laid dormant to our constantly busy, often emotional mind. In this 2-part workshop, Dan Ireland explains how to get started.

It offers you an opportunity to reflect, be more thoughtful, ultomately cultivating some much need space to be me rational and compassionate.

Beginners Mindfulness

Join us on this 2 week exploration,  and learn and experience mindfulness to help you concentrate better, relax deeply, replenish energy levels, balance and establish your own regular meditation practice. Beginners Mindfulness

Mindfulness awakens us to the joy of the present moment. In this 2-part workshop, Dan Ireland explains what Mindfulness is and how to get started.

Mindfulness is a systematic and logical approach to understanding, calming and bringing some control to the mind and thoughts leading to realisation of who we truly are. Beginners Mindfulness

The course is for:

  • anyone, at all levels of experience.
  • anyone 16 years and over and interested in Mindfulness
  • anyone simply wanting a gentle, relaxed meditation experience at an introductory level.
  • anyone who may have tried different ‘styles’ of mindfulness practices previously and didn’t like or benefit from the experience
  • anyone wanting an understanding of the fundamental and underlying principles of Mindfulness and Compassion

  • A gentle, systematic and safe introduction to the calming practices of mindfulness and relaxation.
