Ryan Gambin - Founder, Strength & Conditioning Instructor
We are everything you would hope a wholistic centre focused on healing, resilience and wellbeing would be...
A process of trust, understanding & patience
Ryan Gambin is a 2008 Beijing Olympian (100m Butterfly) and multiple national record holder who successfully transitioned into a world renowned Strength and Conditioning coach and recognised as one of Australia's top 10 fitness professionals (Good Health Magazine, 2011).
I love being a human and exploring the potential of our bodies. Socrates said that ‘No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.’
I love that my skill set can help people navigate the course to their own, human potential.
