Over the decade that we’ve run courses, we have recognised the need for staff of all levels to develop a better process for managing change, both internal and external to the organisation.
We have designed a short practical course to explore and understand the 6 Hygiene’s of Resilience (Self Awareness, Communication, Sleep, Mindfulness, Positive Relationships & Paying it Forward)
Practical & Educational Sessions:
We are living through challenges that nothing, for most of society, has prepared us for and even some of the most robust people are struggling.
We are grieving for the life we knew before, feeling helpless, lonely and perhaps more than a little angry as we see the daily injustices that Covid-19 seems to illuminate.
This course will give a solid introduction to six such hygiene’s that we can utilise even in the midst of social distancing and working from home.
There also will be links to practices to continue to support attendees through the week
- We can deliver live or online sessions to distributed teams working from home, and can deliver at scale.
- Building Resilience training has been designed for employee mental wellbeing, resilience, and stress management.
These Sessions could be set up as:
- 1 x 7 hour session
- 6 x 1 hour sessions
- 12 x 30 minute sessions
