That’s why we have put together the Supporting Healthy Minds Program.
Built by psychotherapists using the latest research, the Supporting Healthy Minds Program is based on the understanding that well-being is a skill that can be trained, supporting reduced stress, improved relationships, increased focus, and better health.
An example of a current program (although will be bespoke for your budget and availabilty):
- 8-week workshop featuring 90 minute sessions each week with International Facilitator or Founder of Awareful, Dan Ireland.
- Sessions that will explore the four pillars of a healthy mind: Attention (Be Present), Resilience (Feel Connected), Insight (Get Curious), and Compassion (The Key to it All).
- Opportunities to connect with your fellow students, access to hundreds of hours of meditations and videos to support your practice
- Opportunity for extra one-on-one coaching sessions.
When you have completed the course you will be able to:
